If you get swollen, puffy eyes from allergies, Apple Cider Vinegar is a beauty lift, as well as a health remedy. I would be terribly remiss if I didn’t share this one with anyone who suffers from allergies and other ailments.

Having allergies is not a fun thing. It has been a while that I was told of this miracle drink that has many cures, i.e; coughs, colds, arthuritus, weight loss, and I even read that it also has aging benefits, keeps you looking younger longer. I have been drinking this for a a few months, whenever I remember to and I haven’t suffered much from allergies this year. Ask my wife, they usually leave me beaten and sneezing and…

Here is the ingredients for the miracle drink

2 Tsps on Local Honey (indigenous to where you live)
2Tsps of Apple Cider Vinager
8 oz glass of water
-add contents to water and stir.

This past weekend (Saturday) I preached at the Springer correctional facility (formerly know as the New Mexico Boys School), now an adult prison. I was invited by Chaplain, Jacob Mc Leroy, whom I have remained in contact with now for well over 10 +years.

Chaplain is one of my hero’s, a mentor, and a great coach. After chapel we visited Gregg’s pizza in the town of Springer and stopped by to check out the historic Colfax County Court and Museum. If you are ever in route please stop by Greggs, they have some great pizza- live music on Fridays, and the I’m sure you’ll love to hear the story of the Brunswick bar -built in the early 1800’s, as seen here in the backdrop of this picture.
