The Albuquerque Isotopes are committed to giving back to their community, spreading goodwill and promoting the positive aspects associated with baseball in particular and sports in general. The Albuquerque Isotopes want to “Take You Out to the Ballgame”. This community program provides deserving non-profit and community youth groups the opportunity to receive complimentary tickets to an Isotopes home game.We went to a Isotopes game last night, and we will be out there with two more groups of students from our program the next two nights.

Attention Mentors: If you have yet to pick up your tickets please call me or email me to arrange to get your tickets. Also we will not be able to travel as planned as a group, because our van broke down on us, we had to be picked up by our school bus at 12:00 AM off of I 25, 30 miles south of Santa Fe. The kids who were able to go last nights enjoyed themselves and got to stay up way past their bedtime.

We watched it Live: Game 4 of the western playoffs from Staples Center. If my boys would have pulled of a win on Mothers Day in game 3 we would have had a much huger party. The crowd was pumped, loud, and for sure our blood runs Purple and Gold

Staff from UYWI is hosting select leaders from their mentoring and coaching initiative.

+Friday Bonus: 5:00pm to 6:30pm I will be having dinner with the Devos Urban Leadership Alumni. It will be great to connect with friends from around the country. Hope to see some of you there.

Saturday Bonus: Morning Prayer with Larry Acosta/ and UYWI has selected me to participate in a Focus Group conversation be conducted by Center on Faith Communities that will meet on Saturday, May 17th to address the effectiveness of UYWI, and our experience with UYWI.

On Sunday we will travel North bound up to the central coast to visit with my Mom in Santa Maria, CA

Tonight: I have been invited to Los Alamos to be the key note speaker to a group of kingdom leaders (Mentor New Mexico) with a heart for building transformational ministries for youth .

Come experience how it can transform your youth ministry, Tuesday March 18 , at 5:30-97 pm.

We will be discussing effective ministry models with todays youth, and the ingredients for highly effected mentoring ministries, recruiting mentors, and helping kids in our youth groups who need more than just games, pizza, pop, and popcorn.
